Delete Your Account
Last updated: July 5, 2026
1. App and Developer
This page explains how users can request deletion of their Glamora account and associated app data. Glamora is operated by 03 Studios / Manuel Thurner, Weinstraße 6, 39057 Girlan BZ, Italy.
2. Delete Your Account in the App
The fastest way to delete your Glamora account is directly inside the app:
- Open Glamora.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion request.
After confirmation, Glamora will delete your account and associated app-side personal data where technically possible, unless we must keep certain records for legal, purchase, fraud-prevention, security, accounting, or dispute-resolution reasons.
3. Request Deletion by Email
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing contact@03-studios.com. Please include “Glamora account deletion request” in the subject and contact us from the email address linked to your Glamora account where possible.
We may ask for additional information only where needed to verify that the account belongs to you.
4. Data Deleted
When your account is deleted, Glamora deletes or disconnects account-related app data where technically possible, including:
- your Glamora account profile and account identifiers;
- authentication state stored by our backend;
- app-side preference, onboarding, and profile data associated with the account;
- server-side subscription entitlement records where deletion is legally and technically possible;
- push-notification device records associated with the account where present.
5. Data That May Be Retained
Some data may be retained where required or permitted by law, including:
- purchase, refund, subscription, and entitlement records needed for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution;
- security, abuse-prevention, and operational logs retained for service protection and troubleshooting;
- records retained by Apple App Store, Superwall, Firebase, Supabase, OpenAI, or other service providers under their own legal obligations and retention policies;
- local data stored only on your device, such as local try-on history or generated previews, unless you remove it in the app, clear app data, or delete the app.
6. Timing
We aim to process verified deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible. Some retained records may remain for the period required by law or for legitimate security, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
