1. Agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of FadeMax, a mobile app operated by 03 Studios. By using FadeMax, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. What FadeMax Provides
FadeMax provides haircut inspiration, face and hair profile summaries, style recommendations, and related app experiences based on information and photos you choose to provide. Results are generated for informational and entertainment purposes and may not be accurate or suitable for every person.
3. No Professional Advice
FadeMax does not provide professional barber, salon, medical, dermatological, legal, financial, or other professional advice. You are responsible for deciding whether to follow any recommendation and should consult a qualified professional where appropriate.
4. Your Account
You may need to sign in with Apple, Google, or another supported provider to use certain features. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under your account. You may log out or request account deletion from the app settings.
5. Photos and User Content
You must only upload photos or content that you have the right to use. You grant 03 Studios a limited license to process content you provide solely to operate, maintain, improve, and provide FadeMax features. You must not upload illegal, harmful, infringing, or abusive content.
6. Purchases, Paywalls, and Subscriptions
FadeMax may offer paid features, subscriptions, or access through Apple App Store purchase flows and paywall infrastructure such as Superwall. Purchases are subject to Apple's terms and the terms shown at the time of purchase. Subscription cancellation and refund handling are managed through Apple unless otherwise stated.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse FadeMax, interfere with the service, attempt to reverse engineer the app, bypass paywalls or access controls, use the service for unlawful purposes, or upload content that violates the rights or privacy of others.
8. Intellectual Property
FadeMax, including its design, software, branding, text, graphics, and other materials, is owned by 03 Studios or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.
9. Availability and Changes
We may update, suspend, change, or discontinue parts of FadeMax at any time. We may also update these Terms. Continued use of FadeMax after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Disclaimers
FadeMax is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that recommendations will meet your expectations.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 03 Studios will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of FadeMax.
